  1. Responsible in the execution and implementation of GJM document at faculty level.
  2. Delegate and coordinate GJM team in the Academic Quality Document Preparation.
  3. Together with the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, monitor and evaluate the implementation of GJM academic quality documents at the Faculty level.

Head of  GJM

Details of duties and responsibilities :

  1. Assist the Dean prepare Academic Quality Document.
  2. Coordinate operational academic of GJM.
  3. Together with the secretary documenting GJM document.
  4. Assist the Dean in the dissemination and implementation of a document GJM.
  5. Perform other duties in connection with the GJM.

Secretary of GJM

Details of duties and responsibilities:

  1. Together with the Head of GJM coordinate operational academic of GJM.
  2. Organizing Academic Quality Document.
  3. Assist the Dean in the dissemination and implementation of a document GJM.
  4. Perform other duties in connection with the GJM.

Member of GJM

Details of duties and responsibilities:

  1. Together with GJM team assist  the administrative staff to create Academic Quality Document of Faculty of Engineering.
  2. Help prepare the GJM documents.
  3. Inventoring data in relation to the implementation of  GJM document.
  4. Perform other duties in connection with the GJM.
