The Department of Industrial Engineering Universitas Brawijaya (TI-UB) held a workshop with the theme of Implementation of Outcome Based Education (OBE) on the S1 Study Program Curriculum in Batu, July 20, 2019.

Coordinator for Education, Practicum & Final Project S1 Cooperation Body of Organizers of Higher Education of Industrial Engineering (BKSTI), Dr. Ir. Anas Ma’ruf, MT, acted as a speaker at the workshop attended by all TI-UB lecturers and staff.

In his presentation, Anas conveyed the difference between achievement-based education and input/output-based education,  smartphone production systems as achievement-based education analogies, stages of the preparation of performance-based curriculum, and stages of performance-based curriculum implementation.

According to the Head of the Department of TI-UB, Ir. Oyong Novareza, ST., MT., Ph.D, this workshop is one of the internationalization efforts of TI-UB.
