The first batch of computer-based writing exams (UTBK) begins today, April 12, 2021. Every day until April 18 the UTBK will be held in two sessions.
Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Brawijaya (FTUB) is the place for conducting examinations both in the field of science and social study. The first session is at 06.45-10.30 WIB and the second session is at 13.00-16.35 WIB.
This year, FTUB provides 65 computers spread over four points; Civil Computing Lab, Capita Selecta Room of Urban & Regional Planning Department, and Industrial Engineering in Simulation Lab and Computer Lab.
The Rector, Prof. Dr. Ir. Nuhfil Hanani AR, M.S., along with the Deans have also reviewed the readiness of each room on Saturday, April 10, 2021.
“The distance in the waiting room and inside the exam room is good. Adhere to the health protocol and make sure the windows in each room are open during the exam,” said the Rector.
As directed by the Rector, the implementation of UTBK at FTUB was carried out by strict health protocol. The participant must come alone to the test site, before entering the waiting room for briefing participant must go through a temperature check, wash hands with soap, and keep a fair distance in the waiting and exam room.
UTBK itself is part of the national admission test to higher education (SBMPTN) which is carried out by the Higher Education Admission Test Institute (LTMPT).
The first batch will be held on Monday, 12 April to Sunday, 18 April 2021, and the second batch is on Monday, 26 April to Sunday, 2 May 2021 with an additional time until 3-4 May 2021.
The result of SBMPTN will be announced on June 14, 2021. (mic)
