Reviving Al-Hadiid Mosque with Ramadan Safari
Entering the second day of Ramadan 1443H which coincides with April 4, 2022, the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Brawijaya together with the Muslim Family (KBM) Al-Hadiid started the Ramadhan Safari.
Chaired by L. Tri Wijaya Nata Kusuma, ST., MT. Ph.D., this Ramadhan Safari activity is packaged simply by prioritizing togetherness and sharing with others.
Every day for 15 days, FTUB will provide takjil and iftar together after tausiyah before Maghrib prayer in congregation at Al-Hadiid Mosque, FTUB. After breaking the fast, the activity continued with the tarawih prayer which was also equipped with a tarawih tausiyah.
“This year we will celebrate Ramadan in a simple way. The tausiyah both ngabuburit and tarawih will be provided by our own lecturers,” said L Tri as the Chief Executive.
Tausiyah before Maghrib Prayer (Ngabuburit) is also broadcast live via Zoom media and the 123 Teknik YouTube channel.
With the re-activation of Ramadan activities at the Al-Hadiid Mosque, it is hoped that it can increase the enthusiasm of FTUB Muslims to return to worship at the mosque.
“Hopefully, by reviving the mosque in this holy month, it can become a field of charity for us fiddunya wal akhirat,” hoped L Tri Wijaya on behalf of the committee. (HumasFT)
