The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Brawijaya (FTUB), hosted the Routine Gathering of the Dharma Wanita Persatuan Universitas Brawijaya on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. With the theme “Nurturing Love in the Family”, the event was held in the basement of the Raden Patah Mosque at Universitas Brawijaya. It featured Dr. Hj. Luluk Farida Muchtar, S.Ag., M.Pd., as the keynote speaker.

The gathering began with a recitation of QS As-Syams (1-15) delivered by FTUB’s Dharma Wanita Persatuan members. Notably, these women participate in regular Tuesday Qur’anic study sessions.

Dr. Luluk opened her lecture with a reflective question, “Have you said ‘I love you’ to your husband today?” This thought-provoking inquiry brought smiles and contemplation among the attendees.

“Communication is vital to maintaining harmony in the family. Starting today, let us express our love to our spouses and family members more openly. Children who grow up surrounded by love in their families will also develop better,” she emphasized.

During her lecture, Dr. Luluk provided practical tips for addressing challenges in building a harmonious family. The session inspired participants to nurture love in their families as the foundation of true happiness.

As part of the routine activities of the Dharma Wanita Persatuan at Universitas Brawijaya, this prayer gathering is expected to strengthen bonds among members while offering spiritual and practical benefits for daily life.
