Apatte62 Brawijaya Passes Inspection Test at Shell Eco Marathon Asia 2025, Targets Champion!
The Apatte Elang Energi Universitas Brawijaya Team has successfully passed the Technical Inspection stage, which is a crucial stage in the Shell Eco Marathon Asia competition. This success proves the team’s readiness to face challenges while also demonstrating their ability to design energy-efficient and high-tech vehicles.
One of the team’s mainstay vehicles, Marsela EV, which competed in the Urban Electric category, successfully passed all the feasibility tests implemented by the committee. The Technical Inspection stage is an important moment because each vehicle must meet strict standards related to safety, energy efficiency, and technical design before being able to take to the track. The passing of Marsela EV is proof that the Apatte Elang Energi Universitas Brawijaya team has prepared this vehicle optimally.
Farid Hardiansyah, as the team manager, said that this success cannot be separated from the hard work and professionalism of all team members in designing and developing Marsela EV.
With a mature strategy and innovation applied, they were able to complete the inspection in a relatively short time. Now, they are more confident to continue the struggle in the next stage of the race.
Not only Marsela EV, this team also brought Anagata FCV, a vehicle competing in the Hydrogen Prototype category. This category is known as one of the most challenging in the Shell Eco Marathon event because it carries hydrogen fuel technology, which is still being developed in the automotive world.
Anagata FCV successfully passed various rigorous tests in the Technical Inspection, proving that this vehicle meets high standards in terms of safety, efficiency, and technological innovation. This success is a source of pride for the team, because it proves that they are able to master advanced technology and innovate in creating environmentally friendly vehicles.
By successfully passing the Technical Inspection, the Apatte Elang Energi Universitas Brawijaya team is now more ready to face the main challenges on the track. They are targeting first place in the Hydrogen Prototype and Urban Electric categories, bringing home the best achievements for Universitas Brawijaya and Indonesia.
The Shell Eco Marathon Asia 2025 event is not only a competition, but also a place for Indonesian students to prove themselves in the field of energy-efficient vehicle technology.
With high fighting spirit, the Apatte Elang Energi team from Brawijaya University hopes to make Indonesia’s name famous in the international arena and inspire the younger generation to continue to innovate in creating more efficient and environmentally friendly transportation solutions.[jva/drn]
