Friday (29/9/2023) at the Prof. Auditorium. Ir. Suryono, Dean’s Building, 2nd Floor, Faculty of Engineering, Brawijaya University (F.T. UB), the Inauguration and Handover of the Positions of the Student Executive Board (BEM) & (Chair of the Student Association) KAHIM for the 2023/2024 service period took place from the old officials to the new officials. Several new students from the Class of 2020 were officially appointed as selected BEM and KAHIM Coordinators in the Election. Present at this event were all old & new members and the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Student Entrepreneurship.

This event, which took place with great enthusiasm, was the initial milestone in a new journey towards a period of management that was successful and full of achievements. The handover of the position of BEM FT UB was carried out solemnly. Adnan Abdul Jabbar, the old management representative, handed over his responsibilities to his successor. He thanked all BEM members for their hard work and dedication during their service and his trust in the new management to continue the struggle that had been started.

Faculty leaders represented by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni and Student Entrepreneurship, Dr.Eng. Ir. Herry Santosa, S.T., M.T., IPM, expressed his support for the new BEM FT UB and KAHIM FT UB. They emphasized that the role of students is vital in campus development and decision-making related to campus life.

This handover of positions marks the beginning of a challenging and meaningful journey for BEM FT UB and KAHIM FT UB for the 2023/2024 service period. High hopes and enthusiasm accompany these new leaders in leading and realizing their vision for the progress and success of F.T. UB.[drn]
