Thursday (7/3/2024) PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) carried out a campus visit to the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Brawijaya (FT UB). This visit was received by FT UB in Auditorium Prof. Ir. Suryono Dean’s Building, 2nd Floor and attended by Dean & Department leaders, PT Brantas Abipraya officials as well as several alumni and students.

In his remarks, the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr.Eng. Ir. Indradi Wijatmiko, S.T., M.Eng. (Prac) welcomed the visit of PT Brantas Abipraya. FT UB itself continues to strive to collaborate with various partners, this is because the alumni from FT UB have a tough mentality, are polite and when working for one of the partners, they make a good impression on UB.

“The potential for collaboration with PT Brantas Abipraya is still wide open, where this refers to the work agreement (IKU), which is an effort to get quality graduates and get work or continue their studies in less than 6 months. “We hope that PT Brantas will become an important partner to achieve targets at IKU and that many alumni will work at FT UB partners,” welcomed Indradi.

Next, the speech from PT Brantas Abipraya was delivered by the Senior Vice President, Department of Human Capital & General Affairs, Prasetyadi, where he expressed his deepest gratitude to the UB academic community for their willingness to accept the visit and convey more closely about PT Brantas Abipraya. UB itself is the main and first priority in collaborative collaboration because many UB alumni, especially from FT UB, become employees and officials at PT Brantas Abipraya.

“On behalf of the company, we would like to thank UB because the UB alumni who work at PT Brantas Abipraya are strong alumni and hope that in the future this collaboration will continue,” explained Prasetyadi.

PT Brantas Abipraya may not be a large company, but it has the best financial management in BUMN and is a solid and liquid company. Apart from that, at PT Brantas Abipraya, human resource development is very important for quality performance. It is hoped that many employees will take engineering education at FT UB. This campus visit activity was also followed by the exchange of souvenirs/vandals from PT Brantas Abipraya with FT UB and company branding from PT Brantas Abipraya which was conveyed by Prasetyadi.[drn]
