MommyWell, an application developed by Mechanical Engineering students from the Faculty of Engineering at Universitas Brawijaya, is specifically designed to monitor the health of mothers and children, while also providing educational resources on early stunting prevention.

This application aims to offer solutions by providing accessible health information and education for mothers and children to prevent stunting from an early age.

The development team of this application is led by Sa Bashkaran Adi Warman, with members Angelita Jasmine Nugroho, Allwin Andreas, Tegar Tri Saputro, and Julian Alini.

Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Ir. Femiana Gapsari M. F. ST., MT., MommyWell won a silver medal in the Indonesia International IoT Olympiad competition held at Diponegoro University, Semarang, from June 25-28, 2024.

The competition saw participation from over 200 contestants, highlighting the high level of competition and quality of innovations presented.

During the design phase of the MommyWell application, the development team faced several challenges. One of them was ensuring a consistent design throughout the application.

“Creating an interface that is user-friendly and visually appealing is our top priority,” said the team leader, Sa Bashkaran.

The team focused on making the user interface intuitive and attractive, integrating complex functionalities, and combining various features to ensure the application is easy to use for the end user.

“We hope this achievement can inspire others to continue innovating and creating beneficial works. With hard work and dedication, everyone can contribute to building a better Indonesia,” expressed Bashkaran on behalf of the team.
